Made by Norcostco for the costumes used in the parks and at Sears. Comes with dressing instructions from full costume.

Kinda seems expensive -- yes it does. But this was not available for sale and due to the condition and rarity and potential value if listed on an auction site other the this would be a lot more expensive.
